Nature's Yoga is a holistic health business located in Lafayette, NJ. We provide Yoga classes, Holistic Health & Nutritional Counseling, Energy Healing Modalities, and Aromatherapy. It is our goal to help others achieve a balanced state of health and wellness in all areas of their lives.
Yoga, meaning "Union", strives to unite and balance the body, mind, and soul of individuals while uniting them and bringing them into balance with the Universal body, mind, and soul. Practicing yoga will help a person to achieve a sense of well-being and health in their everyday lives. It is perfect for all ages, body types, ailments, etc. It incorporates physical poses, breathing techniques, meditation, education, and even Karma to bring a person towards a state of enlightenment.

Meet Mandy
Mandy is the sole proprietor and teacher at Nature's Yoga. She is a Registered Nurse with her BSN from William Paterson University and has her Masters of Science in Complementary Alternative Medicine from the American College of Healthcare Science. She has been practicing yoga on her own since the age of twelve and has been a 200 hour certified teacher since 2013. Mandy is passionate about bringing health and wellness into the lives of her clients. Her goal is to help educate others to keep them healthy and to prevent the need for allopathic medicine. She lives in Lafayette, NJ with her husband, step son, and the newest addition, her baby daughter! In her free time Mandy loves to can food, cook from scratch, and care for her small homestead.

Private Yoga Session
This 75 minute yoga class will be catered to your needs and abilities.
$90/session
$800 for a package of 10 sessions
Semi-Private Yoga Session
This 75 minute yoga class is catered to you and a partner (friend, family, child, etc.) Classes may be comprised of solo mat time, or even some partner yoga if it is what you both need and desire.
$100/session

Private Group Yoga Session
Have a small group who would like to get together to practice yoga? We can accommodate up to 8 persons comfortably in the Witchy Ways space.
$20/session pp

Healing Touch Session
Healing Touch, simply put, is Reiki without the symbolism. Created by a group of nurses who wished to bring the healing energy of Reiki to all, this modality is now commonly taught and practiced in hospitals across the US. This 45 minute session will focus on locating areas within you that are in need of healing.
$75/session

Holistic Health Coaching
Are you desiring a more holistic approach to your wellness regimen? Let's explore different ways to restore and maintain your health and wellness naturally while addressing every area of your life! The initial consultation will dive deep into every aspect of your life, from diet and exercise to home and family. We will find the areas of your life in need of balance to enhance your well-being! Follow-up sessions will help us to analyze the effects of any changes made and continue to discover new ways we can bring balance into your life.

Holistic Wellness Program
Want to enhance your practice and diver deeper into Holistic Health Coaching? This 12-Week Intensive may be just what you are looking for! Yoga, diet and exercise education, holistic health coaching, text support, and so much more! Plans can be customized to suit your individual needs.
Basic Plan over the course of 12 weeks:
* Initial Health Coaching Consult
* Bi-Weekly Follow-up Holistic Health Sessions
* Two (2) Healing Touch Sessions
* Weekly Private 60 minute Yoga Class
* Weekly Meal and Exercise Recommendations
* Text/email support between the hours of 8:00 AM and 5:00 PM (M-F)
